The planned ATmega164 and ATmega324 may be gone?

ATmega164/324/644 (2593A-AVR-06/05) data sheet just got replaced with the ATmega644 (2593B-AVR- 03/06) data sheet. The mega164 and mega324 appear to have been dropped. It looks like there may not be any more new /V parts for the 16k and 32k memory size ranges for now.
