Hi,

i found 3 threads about the PDIUSBD11 but i couldn't find any source code for AVR's interfacing this chip. I've got the PIC Code from Beyond Logic but i'm not able to Port it to my ATMega8 (my ATMega always resets itself...).

Please help me...
Thanks, Tobias

Reseting is maybe not the correct term, lets say the code execution starts from beginning.
My debugging environment are printf statements send over rs232 to the pc.

Are you using AVR GCC?

I am also encountering the same problem now. I just read from the AVR GCC docs that my reseting is due to incomplete interrupt service routines. Some interrrupt happened but there is no approriate handler. If you are also using the same complier, this could be the cause too.

Yep, using AVR GCC. i don't think that my ISR is bad. I've used the same code for the RS232 Interface all the time. In my case i think the problem is that the stack get overwritten and so the "reset" occurs.
