Hi all,

I am thinking of buying this product :

http://www.ietlabs.com/os-270-re...

(Summary : programmable resistor bank accuracy 0.01% - manual setup as well as USB programmable)

Anyone experienced with it ? Any recensions ?

What are you intending to use it for?

Top Tips:

  1. How to properly post source code - see: https://www.avrfreaks.net/comment... - also how to properly include images/pictures
  2. "Garbage" characters on a serial terminal are (almost?) invariably due to wrong baud rate - see: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/serial-communication
  3. Wrong baud rate is usually due to not running at the speed you thought; check by blinking a LED to see if you get the speed you expected

I am designing miniature precision 17-channel thermistor measurement device. I now use manual resistor decade banks but for next measurements I need to do much testing over the complete input-thermistor temperature range, so I have to automate my testing.

I have the budget for this device (about $1650 incl calibration) and on paper it looks great and suitable for my application. Just want to know if anyone else has this devices and give me some feedback before I buy it

Answer to my own question, in case someone is looking for the same.

I ordered the device and it works great. It works only on batteries, so I was afraid the batteries would go empty soon because measurements often take a long time. But I now found out the programmed resistance value stays on the output terminals after power-off.

What I like very much about the user interface is a rotary button for setup.

All in all very happy with my new device.
