I'm currently working on a project that might see me swap controller type mid-development. It's not something that I particularly want to do but needs must. Year 1 stock for this was bought early in anticipation of the current supply issues. The final decision to switch will take into account my needing to dispose of the parts already bought.

 

AVR128DB28 in DIP - 188 pcs

AVR128DB28 in SOIC - 146 pcs

ATtiny1616 in SOIC - 120 pcs

 

These were all bought from the likes of Farnell/Microchipdirect.

Why not use Ebay to sell? You might get a good price too and orders across the world.
