Hi

A misssing udev rule is my first guess it might be wrong. Does any one have some ready rule for udev that makes a USB device that (using lsusb) can be identified as an "LUFA mass storage demo" become automatically mounted in the file system when it is attached to the USB-bus?

No extra rules was needed. I installed usbmont. The mounting is a lot slower that an ordinary USB memory. I am not totally sure that usbmount actually was required. Anyway it works now.
