Hi guys/gals,
I am looking for a cheaper I2C EEPROM than the 24C64 or 24C256 or their LC versions. Any suggestions? In small quantities the 24C256 is around A$1 each. Surely a 25 cent version must be available somewhere...
Cheers,
Ross

Adesto have some cheap ones at 0.33Usd according to digikey at quan 1. Looking at the pricing generally, i'd say you're plum out of luck.

How many do you want ?
Verical shows CAT24C64 at $0.0987/3k
or AT24C64 for 300 min, increments of 100, for $0.17
Mouser & arrow show RM24C64 for 20-25c 1 off
hmm.. I see that RM24C64 is not quite classic EEPROM, but is called 'CBRAM resistive memory technology', with modest 25,000 Write cycles.
Thanks guys.
