Hi,
I’ve just installed AVR32studio (tried both V2.0.2 and then V2.1.0) and the GNU toolchain on a Vista machine. I then started with the ‘BlinkingLights’ example, but I’ve got problems already, AVR32studio finds the JTAGICEmk2 when I do a scan, but it’s not working properly, it does not show the attached EVK1100 board.

Tried to upgrade the JTAGICE, but even that does not work properly, it tries to upgrade more than once at a time.

D- and Reinstalled everything, tried the latest version, but to no avail. It just worked once, when I restarted the pc at some time, but after that it didn’t worked again. When AVR32studio tries to communicate with the JTAGICE, it gives an ‘unknown command’ in the log.

Is there some patch that I need, or something else (I’ve also tried to run AVR32studio as administrator, but it didn’t help) ?

Thanks,
Fleemy.

I'm embarrassed, I only needed to configure the JTAGICE in the properties window, I thought it was updated automatically.

Everything works now, and I’m pleased with all the functions that AVR32Studio offers (especially, the debugging facilities), will need some time to dig it all out.

Great :-) I'm glad you're up and running. The 2.1.0 final is out so you can update to that using the update manager.
