After I install a usb driver for Arduino mega 2560, my jtagice3 doesn't work anymore on AS6/AS5.1, do they not working well together or have I done something wrong?

error:
22:42:45: [ERROR] Failed to enter programming mode. ispEnterProgMode: Error status received: Got 0xcb, expected 0x00, ModuleName: TCF (TCF command: Device:startSession failed.)

However, I can update the firmware in jtagice3 in AS6, the chip I am using is no problem, as I can program it with my other programmer.

You need the libusb filter driver. (search/Google will tell you more about this).

EDIT: read this thread:

especially the last post.

I just found out, for some reason, the ISP Clock is set to 7kHz at AS5.1/AS6, after setting it back to 13.45 kHz in AVR5.1/AVR6, it works again.

But after plug in the Arduino, the ISP Clock was set to 7/8kHz again, it looks like they don't work together well.

@clawson,
I have google libusb filter driver, but still don't get what it does, can it solve the problem I have mention as above?

ok the LibUSB filter for me only for a while, and the same error appear again.

What I found is the Arduino uploads the code with AVR Dude @115200, so I changed the ISP Clock to 115.2kHz, been working ok so far.
