JTAG ICE v2 connection fails

So i am using a JTAG ICE v2 to connect with an ATMEGA32A.Everything was fine until yesterday when i pressed 'con' in AVR Studio the usual panel shows up and when i press 'Connect' the panel disappears (as expected) and it reappears with a 'Connection Failed'

message.I didn't change anything in the circuit connections but i don't know if my friend changed anything in the fuse bits.I tried with another uC but i have the same problem.I also tried <<Flash Program>>  the 'Upgrade.ebn' file but it comes with an error 'Data in file does not fit into flash'.The problem must be on JTAG since i used 2 uC.Is there a way to connect it again or should i buy another JTAG?

Problem solved

I just updated JTAG firmware (Flash Program Upgrade.ebn) in a pc with windows 7 (i was trying the same on windows 10)
