Should I migrate from using macro SIGNAL(SIG_XYZ) to
ISR(XYZ_vect)or it is not necessary?

Slowly migrate. No need to rush, but at least for newly written
code, get used to the new syntax. For new AVRs, we won't add
SIG_XXX macros anymore at all, only XXX_vect.
