My google foo must be off today, or maybe it just I'm a bit under the wx, as I'm not coming up with the info or a hackaday demo for this.

I'm looking for info on how to talk to a Belimo damper actuator used in a Variable Air Valve (VAV for HVAC).

After downloading a ton of Belimo pdf files, it looks like it is a serial interface called (MP-Bus) at 1200 8n1 half duplex but at an unusual 12-18v level.

The packet protocol is 4 to 12 bytes, but not coming up with any detail.  The company is contacting Belimo for the info, but wanted to see if I could have some Arduino fun until the official doc arrives.

I'm looking for h/w interface (schematic) and packet command/answer protocol details.

Any one played with one of these before?

TIA

Jim
