I'm a newbie and I'm looking for some sample code of a C program that will send a string to the Hyperterminal on my computer. I'm using a STK500 with AVR Studio 4. In other words I'm still working on my Hello, World. Thanks.

You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig.

I've never met a pig I didn't like, as long as you have some salt and pepper.

Wouldn't that be about 7 to 10 lines of code?

It shouldn't be too difficult to master!

Where's the datasheet???

Oh! I guess I need to know which AVR, & BAUD rate, stop bits, parity, etc., I'll be using before I strike up the nerve to get out the data-sheet...
