I know I have seen people make these and are available in various places and I can't seem to find any of them now that I actually want to get one.

Not a fan of the 1.2mm headers and would like to get something so I can use 2.5mm cables.

Anyone know where these useful adapters are lurking?

  2. "Garbage" characters on a serial terminal are (almost?) invariably due to wrong baud rate - see: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/serial-communication
  3. Wrong baud rate is usually due to not running at the speed you thought; check by blinking a LED to see if you get the speed you expected

I actually saw your blog because it showed up in a Google result but in the comments I saw where someone grabbed your last one so I didn't bother.

You had your Eagle board and schematic files there too but I was not interested in sending some gerbers off for one board like that.
