The PreQual document basically just says tha IAR will sell PreQual and they will stop marketing and selling PreQual.
They don't mention who the buyer is, but says that they it's natural buyer to this type of product.

The rest of the document is just about IAR and how this sell will affect IAR's economy.
Mostly info for shareholders.

The Swedish document about MakeApp, says that IAR had made a contract with MakeApp Consulting AB. MakeApp Consulting AB will take over the application MakeApp and IAR's consulting deparment in Jönköping, Sweden.
IAR will keep MakeApp in thei product porifolio and they will keep marketing this product and maintain support to it's exsisting MakeApp customours.

MakeApp Consulting AB is 100% owned by Jan-Eric Brolin, the current leader of IAR Systems Jönköping AB.
Se this Swedish document: http://www.iar.com/FilesPublic/N...

MakeApp is sold for 900,000 SEK ($127,911) and the consulting company in Jönköping is sold for only 1 SEK ($0.14).

It looks like IAR is just outsourcing MakeApp to MakeApp Consulting AB and selling of PreQual to an un-named company.

For MakeApp check out these links:

You can get MakeApp for AVR and other Microcontrolleres.

For PreQual, check out http://www.codestart.co.uk/prequ... .

PreQual is some Bluetooth software and are not related to AVR.
PreQual was originally made by TeleLogic, but was sold to IAR in 2001. Now IAR has sold PreQual again.
