I am running Atmel Studio 6.2 on WIndows XP service pack 3.

I have run into some issues with the Atmega328P Xplained mini.

1. CMSIS-DAP tools will not available unless you install the avr-gcc 32-bit tool chain.

2. If you are debugging a application on the Atmega328P Xplained mini and you forget to disable the debug-wire

before leaving the IDE. Debug-wire will be enabled and you will be unable to get the signature bytes from the Atmega328P Xplained mini.

However, since the Atnega328P Xplained mini is still in debug mode, you can download an application to it and then step over in the debug

window and watch the debug location pointer change. Then disable the Debug-wire in the IDE before leaving the IDE. This will fix

the debug-wire problem and you will be able to get the signature bytes from the Atmega328P xplained mini.

3. Stiil can't get the Arduino IDE to work with the Atmega328P Xplained mini.

So what is your question? You are littering the site with unhelpful posts, I have delete some.

If you are having problems with AS6.2 update to the latest AS7. But of course you will need to upgrade your computer first.
