I’m new in SAMD51 and I want to program (bootloader) the ATSAMD51G19A microcontroller (in operation with the internal clock without quartz) with the SWD protocol and the ICE programmer.

I use ATMEL STUDIO software version 7.0.2389

I found an example on this page: https://learn.adafruit.com/how-t...

But on the photo presented in the example dedicated to SAMD51:

In the software we do not have this type of possible setting:

1. How should I proceed?

2. Does anyone know the programming procedure

Thank you in advance for your reply

Program 15 (0xf) which is 0 K bytes (make sense to have nothing protected when you need to program the bootloader), It's "25.6.9 NVM User Configuration" in the data sheet.

Hi Westfw,

Thank you for your remark "Why does your topic title say SAMD21 and your text SAMD51". It's a mistake, I just changed the title. The microprocessor I want to program is a SAMD51.
