:?:
hi all,

i'm facing a serious problem which is once i wrote in the configuration and security bit of my atmega32L, atmega16L and atmega8535 IC.i found that my ic cannot be program or read any more. First i thought is because of faulty IC. but when i try again with another atmega8535 IC, i try to program, read and verify (without configure the fuse bit) it works no matter how many time i program in my hex. but once i write the fuse bit, i cant program, read or verify my atmega8535 anymore.

Can someone help me on this?

thank you.

What programmer do you use ?
Which fuse-bits did you set (there are many of them).

May be injection of a clock into the clock-in pin
with appropriate programming speed helps.
search for other threads here.
