I am after a programmer that is capable of programming xmega, atmega324 and ATmega32U2 chips with in circuit debugging. Any one got some suggestions?

If you have studio look in tool help files and try dragon, for example and in introduction folder there's a path for devices supported. All the programmers have such a folder.
