EIA-96 SMD resistor markings

My order was for SMD 0603 resistors, and markings are:

 

 10k   01C

 1k5   18B

 0.1   R10

 33    A33

 

The table confirms the first two:

 

 

It should be another marking system to suit my 0.1 and 33 ohm, they may be not 1% resistors of EIA-96. Any suggestions, please?

R10   -->  0.01* 10  = 0.1 

A33  A(add no zeros)  -->33 

33A would be 215 ohm
