DWEN fuse - need programmer/debugger

Hi

I accidently programmed the DWEN fuse of my ATMEGA328PB. I am using a custom board with the default 6pin ICSP header.

My current programmer is USB AVRISP XPII. There are chinese symbols on the device, therefore I think it is not an Atmel one.

What is the cheapest programmer which can get the mcu out of debug wire mode?
