Hi there, yes it's me again ;-)

Can anyone confirm if the attiny261/461/861's are usable with the Dragon Rider 500 (Ecrostech). The only 20-pin attiny they mention is the attiny2313 and that one probably has a different pin layout. The manual's last update seems to be from 2008 :-/

If I can't use the '861, it's little use to me...

Thanks guys.

As far as I can see: no. The pinout is very different. Not sure though if you can fix that problem with patch wires. Doesn't look like it does.

A GIF is worth a thousend words   They are called Rosa, Sylvia, Tricia, and Ulyana. You can find them https://www.linuxmint.com/

Yeah, I already feared that. But I can do without the rider just fine, just means a little bit more soldering work.

Thanks!

This may be a better idea than the Dragon Rider 500: http://www.kanda.com/products/ka... or http://www.kanda.com/products/ka...

Yeah nice! It's a shame though that it's very expensive for what you get (compare the Dragon Rider) and it also doesn't feature 14 pin devices.
