I'm wondering if this RCAUSE does not reset itself after I read it at the begining of my bootloader program, then next time when app program jump to my bl program again, it may get the same RCAUSE again even though there is no real reset.

Anyone knows?

The RCAUSE register reports the latest reset source source.
e.g:
- after a cold reset (power up)
RCAUSE may contain: 0x03
- if you press reset now
RCAUSE may contain: 0x04

Take care that RCAUSE may have different content when in debug mode.

so it will not change its value as long as there is no new reset, right?

Yes, a new reset cause will make it change only.
