Has anyone looked into getting the decimal floating point library working with the current tools ?

AFAIK it's part of gcc ... but that's about where my knowledge stops !!

Does the current gcc (as used by the buildroot or the Atmel suite) support dfp ?

Thanks
Mark

If it is indeed part of GCC then it should be supported. I don't know of any GCC bit which _isn't_ currently supported.

I've done a search in all the include files and could find no mention of the decimal fp types (e.g. decmial32, decimal64, decimal128).

The gcc files *do* include the decimal fp stuff, so I assume gcc has support built in.

But isn't support actually provided through uclibc ?
