I think this is not the firt time to discuss on this topic, but anyhow.

I can't find specification for data retention time from manual.
Ther were a old topic for data retention. Igor asks for retention time and Motren gave a half of the ansver. Morten wrote that the retention time for EEPROM is 20 years (100,000 sycles).

But, what is the retention time for FLASH mamory?

Pleace answer ASAP.

Thank you Morten.

This is vary good way to have some information, but when there will be next revision of manual.

One can say that he have read it from net or one can say that he have heard some rumors concernig of specifications, but one can't show any written text from manual. This is vary good way to discuss about problems and ideas and so on. But, my opinion is that, this is way to have information, not the way to read specification.
