Data bit in ROM location

In 24C64 (8X8K) ROM address range is 0x0000 to 0x1FFF,
& in 24C512 (64X8K) ROM address range is 0x0000 to 0xFFFF.

In a particular address such as in 0x0000 how much data I can store?

Though its a question like novice, I want to know that if the answer is 8bit or 16 bit then what is the way of calculate the data bit??

means 512 kbits organized as 65536 x 8 bits.
So the answer is 8 bits on each address.

24Cxxx is EEPROM memory, not ROM.

Each address stores one byte. A byte is 8 bits.
