I was looking for the Danni FBOOT command line bootloader and running with the -? option.
So I sow the -I argument, but I didn't understant it uses.
My question is: What does the -I option do?
Thanks

If you want to define a different string to activate the bootloader (default: "Peda").
E.g. if you want to update different AVRs on the same RS-485 line.

Thank you Peter, very clever! Now I did understand.
Perhaps some day I could have an application require this feature. Nowaday I have not.
Very good job! Your FBOOT is very nice and I think I will use in my little personal ATmega32 development board.
Best regards
