Hello sir ,

We are trying to use the PWM feature of the AT90S8515 for building a Digital To Analog ( DAC )
We want to know how can we go about it. Could you be able to help us with this please.

Run the output through a low pass filter, and you will get an output voltage proportional to the percentage of time the pulse is high.

The filter would consist of a capacitor in parallel with the load and a resistor or two in series with the load. If the load is very small, you may need a resistor in parallel with the capacitor as well to load it so the capacitor does not eventually just saturate and not react to changes in pulse width.

You may need additional buffering stages after this depending on the nature of your load.
