High there,

Does anybody knows what are the alert outputs that all car alarms have? I mean the output type that all car alarm in the market have because of the standarts.
For example if there are NO or NC outputs, voltage outputs, current outputs, data outputs and anything that the car alatm standarts lay.

Does anybody knows the standart(s) about car burglar alarms?

Thank you all.

Michael.

I don't think there are any standards.

Usually an lock and unlock outputs are provided which consists of uncommitted contacts of two SPDT relay. So two common and two NO and two NC contacts. Length of type of actuation usually can be programmed somehow. This is pretty universal.

Burglars alarms usually work of door/bonnet/bootswitches, elevation sensors, shock sensors, window breakage sensors and ultrasonic sensors. But nothing is standardized afaik.

jayjay1974,

Do you know if the most of alarms or all have at least NO relay contact. You know I am trying to find a common characteristic that all car alarms have. Also if there is one same type of output used at the most or all alarms, I have to know what is its type NO or NC relay or something else,

Thank you friend.
