Hi

Today I started to install the avr32 toolchain and found the adress to the Atmel Ubuntu repository in the AVR-wiki.

But I don't seem to find the AVR32Studio in the repository.
I only found a zip on the Atmel page
(http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resourc...)

Does anyone know anything about this?
It seems so much better to have AVR32Studio as a .deb in the repository.

It isn't there, best install it from the zip.

No real reason for this; I guess the Atmel boys haven't got around to debbing it :-)

I did that and it started any way, next thing is to a hello world to compile and send it to the card....

Well if they do I will be really happy since future upgrades will probably be easier.

But even if they don't, things seem to be quite good as they are now (with the toolchain in a repository)

Still I hope someone sees this and put it on a wishlist 8)
