I want to know if anybody does know the name of these connectors in eagle.or if you have footprint for them please share it.

There probably isn't a ready made footprint for those. Just measure the pitch, then place a straight row of holes the right size. I think the green ones are 0.2 inch, 5mm.
The green ones can be found in lib con-phoenix-508 or whatever size you desire. MSTBA6 for example is a 6 position which goes on the pcb and then you buy the mating connector to plug into it which has the screw terminals.
Does anybody have any idea about the black terminals.
it only takes a couple of minutes to create a footprint for that sort of thing with the PCB software I use, it can't take much longer with Eagle.

It doesn't, and I doubt it takes long time in most PCB software. A benefit of making your own footprints/symbols is that you can have your own style on everything and not rely on several different sources with different looks and sometimes questionable quality.
