Button for qtouch ?

Guys,

I'm wondering,
what's the button being used for Q-touch ?
is it LCD with touch screen ability or something else ?
any links or ideas will be appreciated,

where can I buy it ?
can I connect it directly to ATMEGA128 ?
I read from the datasheet, it can....but just to confirm...

You DRAW it on your PCB like any other track or pad.

This is one of our products where we used touch, however we used the older Qprox chips before they wer taken over by Atmel.
