Guys,

Does anyone of you know where can I find a board for this chip AT32UC3A0128 with reasonable price ?

I've found one from atmel website, but it's expensive for learning...

I think you'd be better off with something like a STM32F4 discovery board

Do you have to use that particular chip?  The UC3-A3 Xplained goes for $31.25 USD at Mouser.  It has the AT32UC3A3256 on it, so no Ethernet.  As Kartman points out, an ARM-based board is probably a better choice.  I think

will find the UC3 line unnecessary, if they haven't already.

Ok, that's only my thinking I have two STM32F4 series on my shelf there...

Probably try new recipe of STM32F7... ;)

Does anyone know where I can download MP3 helix source code or similar software decoder ?

Thanks for the opinion...

No it's not a must using that chip, only want to know the ability and home made experiment....that's good price for UC3-A3 Xplained...it has RMII doesn't it ?

I'm interested to test drive it if it's 31 bucks....
