blame and credit for edited MyUSB demos

Dean,
As noted in other posts, I've edited the USBtoSerial demo to do USB to SPI.
Eventually, the code will be given to others.
The descriptors and the .inf file contain your name.
What do you want to happen with such things?
What needs to match?
Since you describe the demo as a "reference application",
the issue is likely to keep coming up.

Change the INF and descriptor names over to yours, and add your name into the file headers (after the MyUSB header), like the MagStripe and Keyboard demos which were modified from one of my original demos by someone else.

I've no problem in adding user-created demos to the library if desired.
