Hi there,

I was waondering if it is time for ATMEL to put in the AVRStudio watch a way of watching values in binary format.
I made the same question in the past and a freak answered me that it is very easy to translate the 55h to 01010101b. I have to tell you my friend, wherever you are, that as these years passed I have read a lot and I have learned that that 55h = 01010101b and I also learned that 80h = 10000000b.
But, please don't answer me again telling me that AAh = 10101010b. My question is very easy to be answered "Is it possible for ATMEL to include this feature in the next AVRStudio version???". If there is a serious - mysterious - ALIEN - I don't know - any reason making this impossible, then Ok from me. But next time I will open the AVRStudio for debuging and take a look at the watch window - it will make me lough - because it is impossible for me to understand that it is very difficult to make a translation from decimals or hexadecimals to binaries.

Thanks for your time ATMEL,

Michael

Hallo John,

I think that the binary display for the registers always was. My question is simple clear and specific.

Could please ATMEL answer my question???

Customer,
Michael

Maybe they want a proper formed question directly to them (avr at atmel dot com ??) so that you will get a job ticket....you know the old protocol thingy :)
