Has anyone got batchisp3 to work in linux for the EVK1100 or the AT90USB1287.
I'm running Suse SLED SP1.
It runs ok in XP but I would prefer to not have to re-boot everytime I need to re-program the board.
I have dfu-programmer and it works for the at90usb1287 under linux, but it can not program the at32uc3a0512 yet.
Dyan...

I dont know if you have got it to work but this is related to libusb and never kernels.

libatlibusbdfu.so is checking in /sys/bus/usb but never kernels is using /dev/bus/usb

I have report this to Atmel and theyr will release a newer batchisp in the near future.

But until then you can try "hack" libatlibusbdfu.so in a hexeditor (ghex for example) and replacing /sys/bus/usb with /dev/bus/usb and wholia it shopuld now work :-)
