I use Avr32program.exe in a batch-file to program custom boards., no problems doing that.
I now need to read and write some fuses in a UC3A0512 and I cannot get anything to work.

This is the command I have tried ;
avr32program.exe readfuses -finternal@0x80000000 gp

Question 1 :
Is the above command correct ?

Question 2 :
What are the keywords for the fuses ? (or where are they defined ?)
gp I guess means general programable.

Hi mikech,

do you really need to read fuses? I never did that on command line but
unter Linux writing fuses works like this:

avr32program -pjtagicemkii --part ${1} writefuses -finternal@0x80000000,512Kb gp=0x7C03FFFF

with ${1} == UC3A0512
0x7C03FFFF is just an example that you might need to adapt to your purpose

should also work under Windows I guess

Thanks sambrown for that example., my problem was that I did not specify which processor the programmer was connected to.
(I thought the fuses were in a processor-independant region).

All good now.
