I've created a Stimuli file. How do I load it into AVR Studio and run it. I've searched the help file in AVR Sutdio. I see how to load the file once you get to the "Logging and Stimuli" Windows. But how do you get to the "Logging and Stimuli Window"?

Start a simulating session then go to the Debug menu and use the bottom "AVR simulation options" entry. On the dialog appears the second tab is for stimuli+logging - use the [...] next to "file" to select the stimuli file you created.

Thanks clawson.

I was using the "AVR Simulator 2" and the Logging and Stimuli Options don't show up. Only when you have the "AVR Simulator" does the Logging and Stimuli options appear.

Interesting....

Ah well this is you lucky week because the Simulator manual may well say that one of the things that Simulator V2 does not currently support if stimuli but 4.16beta has now added back in an early test version of stimuli for V2. So check out www.atmel.no/beta_ware and download the 130MB (gulp!) beta version
