Hi all,

I must ask for help becose I'm new with AVR studio and Avr GCC. Is it there some good tutorial for newbie which will help him to setup AVR GCC. I mean there on setup librarys and all stuff which is needed for AVR GCC that it can make valid build of hex file.

I have here code for AT90PWM3 from Atmel's site and it
must be good. I was look all day and I still can't make it that I build same exe like project_vector.a90 which is made by Atmel. (With their files, I haven't change anything).

I now that I do all wrong but I don't know right way to build final hex file.I must do that becose I must change some parts of that program.

So please can't you point me in right direction how to
compile that file or you know for good AVR GCC tutorial?

I was install AVR studio 4.13 SP2 and new WinAVR for now..

Thanks in advance,

The files from Atmel was written for the IAR compiler. You must adapt the source file to the WinAVR.

Have a nice day

I agree with Michael, you'll need to do some translation from IAR to GCC. I'm not aware of any documents that describe it.

Here is the AVR Studio / GCC setup tutorial: [TUT] [SOFT] Setting Up AVRStudio to use GCC

Hope this helps!
