Hi,

I have just released the new 2.2 version of the AVR Eclipse plugin on SourecForge and on the updatesite (http://avr-eclipse.sourceforge.n... )

Take a look at the What's New page from the user manual to see what has changed since the last release or go to the changelog for a complete list, incl. bugfixes.

If you don't yet know what the AVR Eclipse plugin is:
It is a plugin for the popular Eclipse IDE to support the avr-gcc toolchain. With this plugin you can develop your AVR C or C++ applications in Eclipse, using all Eclipse features such as

  • automatic makefile generation
  • code assist
  • SVN and CVS integration
and many, many more features to make your life easier.

New in version 2.2 is support for avrdude, so you can upload your projects directly from the Eclipse IDE to your target processor.

The plugin is released under the GPL. More information can be found on the plugin homepage and on the SourceForge project page.

Feedback, bug reports and feature requests are always welcome.

brgds,

Thomas

Now that is a welcomed addition, thanks a lot for your efforts Thomas.

So, now I know how ICs work:
they work with smoke.
Cause every time you let the smoke come out of an IC, it stops working.
I can prove it, too...
