I have a Win7 machine and I've been using the Dragon + AS 6.2 for years. This week I figured I would give AS 7 a try. Big mistake...  none of my programming tools would work and after doing some research, found that this is a common problem.

So I completely uninstalled all Atmel software from my system (6.2 and 7) and reinstalled 6. Now when I plug in my dragon I can see the dialog go through the following steps:

Seraching for Preconfigured driver folders...

Seraching from WIndows Update...

Installing driver software...

Failed...

Seems like it found something it liked but then failed.  Anyone have any ideas? :(

Ok some progress... I went into the device manager and removed all of the Jungo drivers. Now when I plug the Dragon in it goes through the same motions above but installs ok.

But.. when I open up AS 6.2 and go to Device Programming the Dragon doesn't show up.
