Does anyone know any multiprotocol OBD2/EOBD interfaces based on AVRs? There should be CAN, PWM and K-line HW interfaces and either RS-232 or USB interface for computer connection?

For the OBD2 interface

You'll need to make the rs232/usb yourself with a max232/ftdi interface etc.

Well, i've been thinking about it, but i'd rather get an AVR-based if there are any.

ELM327 is a PIC18F2x8x.
Thanks anyway. I guess I've missed that pdf.
