Hello all,
I am interested to interface enc28j60 with avr atmega32 for the first time...can any one help me how to proceed for interface. If possible give some link for the beginners. Is it possible to get TCP/IP stack for avr microcontroller. Please help me out.

You might consider Arduino, there are loads of examples and easy to follow tutorials.
