When will be available for purchase chips ATxmega192A1 or ATxmega256A1?

I don't see these on the Atmel parts list. Where did you see them?

Also, don't forget to use the A1U instead of the A1 if you can.

Well Atmel always add support for a chip to AS6 before it is available. So expect to see them after they have been added to AS6. (no, they are not currently there).

In 192 size AS6 shows A3, A3U, C3, D3 and in 256 size it shows A3, A3B, A3BU, A3U, C3, D3.
