A new data sheet ATtiny13A has appeared as a replacement for the "no longer recommended for new designs" ATtiny13.

A quick look in the datasheet revision history tells that it's got a power reduction register (you can disable the clock to the timer and/or the ADC), a BOD that can be disabled by software and an enhanced reset circuit.
