Hi, I want to explore the world of ARM based Atmel chips, but sadly I had to learn that the AVR Dragon programmer i have does not support these chips.

I found the ATSAME54-XPRO demo board that looks really nice for getting started but I'm not sure if I can use the onboard programmer for external targets? If so, can I use it for other chips or just the ATSAME54P20A? (I'm looking to use one of the smaller SAMD5X or SAME5X chips in a project)

Also I'm curious to know if there are any low cost programmer/debugger solutions for these chips that is supported by Atmel Studio? (The J-LINK and Atmel ICE programmers are quite expensive for my budget.)
