Pack manager could not get install packs
unable to open database fileF
delete the file and do "Reset cache" from the 'advanced' menu to recover
You'll need to give more details of what, exactly, you did to get those messages.
A screenshot of the message would help - see: Tip #1 in my signature, below, for posting images & getting screenshots.
When you say, "creation of Arduino programs" - do you mean importing an Arduino "sketch" ?
Have you checked recent posts for other issues with "Pack Manager" ... ?
Note - that's not the way to get screenshots!
see how much clearer that is?!
@Jimli Don't forget to mark your #1 post as "The Solution"
FYI #1 cannot be marked as a solution in any thread ;-)
I found the solution and I'm really sorry for not updating it here in time.
1) Modify the \atpackmanager\ atpack.properties file inside the installer (I used Sublime text 3 to open it)
2) Set CacheFolder =D:\Atmel\Studio\list\7.0 (this is my Atmel studio installation path, you can change it to your own installation path)
3) Restart the program and create a new project, if there are two files main.cpp and device_startup, just delete them.
