In people's experience, how long do Atmel take to respond to a logged call once you have the call log number? i.e. when is it reasonable to start whinging and then, who to?
Well with support tickets raised via email@example.com I've never waited more than 24 WORKING hours in fact. Though I guess, to a certain extent, it'll depend on the complexity of the request.

Good link, Cliff. Yes, I've been tracking the non-progress of a non-technical question for a few weeks. Seems like a ping would be reasonable to get some idea of progress of my question within their support staff.
Well, I've just had a reply (coincidence?) which made a suggestion that didn't work. They also said that several other people had reported the same problem, and they didn't have a fix.
We're dead in the water here...
