I may be behind the times but there are more than 450 of the 32 pin TQFP packaged versions of the 20MHz mega88 at Digi-Key.
and they have tiny13's...ooodles of them WOW
Does anyone know what the "current" revision of the ATmega88 is? (I read in the preliminary datasheet thet there was some issue about the EEPROM not working at low suppy voltage, for rev A....)
Awesome news, can't wait for the '168s to hit the distributors...
Edit: I wonder if this is legit? From digikey's search page:
IC MCU AVR 8K 5V 24MHZ 32-MLF
>> I think << the 24MHZ was the original specification for the new mega's and tiny's. Atmel then dropped it to 20MHZ. I have seen references at Digi-Key to 24MHZ tiny13's also but the parts available are 20MHZ (or 10MHz).
