I am using a STK500 and a JTAG ICE MKII with a ATMega48 or ATMega88 TQFP soldered on Target Board (AvrStudio 4.10).
I have set the DWEN Fuse to enable debug Wire Interface using STK500 ISP without any Problems.
The Emulator works fine, so I set the DWEN Fuse (with limited SPI Support of JTAG ICE) back again to review the other Fuses using STK500.
Able to read the signature and fuses.. again no Prob's.
Now I just enabled the Brownout Fuses to 4,3V Setting (Target has 5,01V)
and enable the DWEN Fuse again ->
Emulator is not able to enter debug Wire any more, and no chance of changing the DWEN fuse by limited SPI functionality !
Back to STK500 -> Not able to enter Programming mode !
Since I have soldered the AVR's to the Board I can not use the High Voltage Programming, does anybody have any suggestions ?
I have tried this with an ATMega88 and ATMega48 as well, so I have two boards not able to "wake up" anymore !
