Atmega32u4 Manchester Coding And Decoding

I have atmega32u4 mic. and i want to toggle (that timer pin PD6, PD7) speedly. How i am using these pins?
Avr have lib? for manchester code ?
Can anyone help me ?

The thing about the internet is that you can never know the provenance of anything you just find by googling but when I googled "avr manchester encoding" one of the top hits was:
